Booking & Confirmation
Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking or a binding contract. It is an expression of interest only.
A booking is only confirmed once PrimeEdge Cleaning Ltd has:
- Contacted you by phone or email to confirm the date, time, and final price
- Received your deposit payment where applicable (see Payment Terms)
- Issued a written booking confirmation
We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Price estimates shown on our booking page are indicative only and subject to change following our assessment of the property and scope of work.
Pricing & Estimates
All prices quoted on our website and booking page are starting prices based on typical property sizes and service requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before we commence any work.
Factors that may affect the final price include:
- Actual size and condition of the property
- Degree of soiling or specialist requirements
- Access arrangements
- Whether the client supplies cleaning materials and/or equipment
- Additional services requested on the day
We will always communicate any price adjustments before starting and obtain your agreement. We will never charge more than the agreed confirmed price without your consent.
Payment Terms
We do not take any payment online. No card or payment details are stored or processed through our website. Payment is arranged directly with PrimeEdge Cleaning Ltd following confirmation of your booking.

| Commercial clients | Invoice issued within 7 days of job completion. Payment due within 14 days of invoice date. |
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Late commercial payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 48 hours' notice: Full deposit refunded. No charge.
- 24–48 hours' notice: 50% of the deposit is retained to cover costs. Remaining 50% refunded.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: Deposit is non-refundable. A cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit amount may apply.
- No-show on the day: Full session fee is chargeable.

PrimeEdge Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, severe weather). In such cases we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment. No cancellation fee will be charged to the client in these circumstances.
Our Services
We provide the following cleaning services: Domestic Clean, Deep Clean, End of Tenancy Clean, Commercial Clean, Bathroom Clean, Kitchen Clean, Carpet Clean, Oven Clean, and After Build Clean.
Each service is carried out to a professional standard by trained and vetted operatives. Our team holds relevant certifications including COSHH Awareness and is covered by £5 million public liability insurance.
We use industry-approved, COSHH-compliant cleaning products. If you have specific requirements regarding products used (e.g. allergies, eco-friendly preferences), please notify us at the time of booking.
Oven cleaning involves the safe removal of detachable parts (racks, trays, inner glass panel) for thorough cleaning. This is standard professional practice and does not constitute servicing or mechanical repair.
Your Responsibilities
To enable us to carry out our services effectively, you agree to:
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time
- Disclose any relevant information about the property, including pets, hazardous materials, fragile items, or access restrictions
- Secure or remove any valuables, irreplaceable items, or fragile objects prior to our visit
- Ensure the property has access to water and electricity where required for the service
- Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities relevant to cleaning products
- Provide accurate information on the booking form — pricing is based on the details you provide
If access to the property cannot be gained at the agreed time through no fault of PrimeEdge Cleaning Ltd, a call-out fee may be charged.
Liability
PrimeEdge Cleaning Ltd takes great care in carrying out all services. However, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or at risk prior to the clean
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by items left in hazardous positions
- Our liability for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the service provided
- We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from our services
Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service being completed. Claims reported after this period may not be considered.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Insurance
PrimeEdge Cleaning Ltd holds £5 million public liability insurance underwritten by Zurich, arranged through Polished Insurance. Our policy includes treatment risk and loss of keys cover.
Proof of insurance is available on request.
Complaints
We are committed to delivering an excellent service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day and provide a full response within 5 working days. Where a complaint is upheld, we will offer a remedial clean, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
Data & Privacy
PrimeEdge Cleaning Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data collected through our booking form (including your name, address, phone number, and email address) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking request and communicating with you about our services.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.
PrimeEdge Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
